Trinetra- Means the third eye of Lord Shiva. Th story of the origin of his third eye is narrated in The Mahabharata, a Hindu mythological epic; according to which; Once Goddess Parvati, Lord Shiva’s consort, playfully placed her hands over his eyes.

At Annapurna ( our kitchen ) Being a part of nature we follow the Vedic methodology of food , using organic fruits , vegetables , herbs, tea, pluses , organic Paan Chakki flours , organic honey , fresh fruit juices, Jams and pickles ( as weather permits) , etc .... keeping the taste to maximum

Being an Orchard It offer organic fruits like apples, apricot, plums, cherries, peaches, strawberries & kiwi as the weather permits me and herbs

The range of cuisine includes: Indian , Continental, Oriental

Sundry Kumaoni- The cuisine is a delicious blend of recipes made with singular kumaoni herbs. These herbs have been known for ages for their healing and medicinal properties; for instance a herb known as “bicchu booti” is boiled, fried and added to food; a preparation that is know to treat arthritis and prevents problems in bones and cartilages. You surely wanna try these unique recipes!!

At given times we also serve South Indian lunch / breakfast buffet . These hve to be confirmed at time of booking for the group
